美味しい茹で方：
①枝豆を水で洗い、水切り後に塩20gをふりしっかり『塩もみ』をする。
②鍋に水1リットルを沸騰させ、塩20gを熱湯に加え①の枝豆を入れ3～5分茹でる。
③ザルに上げ、うちわで手早く冷ます。
